I have been told that there is no VAT on flyers is this correct?
VAT on flyers (and only flyers) are normally zero rated with the following exceptions:

VAT is chargeable if the flyer is used as admission, discount on admission or product/service. An example of this is "Free (Or discounted) Admission With This Flyer".

VAT is chargeable if the flyer is designed to be written on for example a form is incorporated into the design.

VAT is chargeable if the flyer is to be used as a postcard.

I am looking for a flyer but I am unsure what size?
Choosing the size of your flyer really depends primarily on what it is intended for.
Night Club flyers, for example, are normally A6 as the size is easy to distribute and fits easily in pockets and handbags.
Business applications tend to use A4 and A5 format as they integrate well with standard brochure sizes.

I am after a bespoke job.. can you quote?
Yes indeed, email your specifications of the quote to martin@solopress.com 

I am unsure what "Print Ready Files" are
Most design software can produce PDF, JPG or TIF files, these are printable formats. If you need advice please contact us.

Can I order by Phone?...
We cannot accept verbal orders.
We prefer you to either use our online store or send a direct email into our processing department. If you have difficulties or concerns with ordering over the internet please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team on 01702 460047 we will be glad to talk you through the ordering procedures.
If you are not totally confident in sending your order to us over the internet please send your artwork into us on a CD with a covering letter with your order requirements.

How do I re-order a previous job?
In order to re-print a previous job please email leaflets@solopress.com with your old job reference number stating you would like to re-order

When will I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will follow within 48hrs of receiving your delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Yes, you can change the delivery address but we would require details via email within 2 hours of your order being processed.

What happens if I am not in to sign for the delivery?
All our deliveries require a signature. If someone is not available to sign for your delivery the carrier will post a card through your letter box. Please contact our customer service team on 01702 460047 to arrange for an alternative delivery date.
Our carriers require a signature on delivery, they are unable to leave a parcel without one.
