Thank you for your e-mail, I was actually going to send my feedback to you this morning but never got around to it sorry.
I dealt with various people at Solopress in getting my order sorted as various questions needed to go to different people and every single person was prompt and very helpful in their response. I gave my approval to the proof on Monday night (when you'd all gone home). I got a call the next day off Jackie Tuesday morning taking my payment and advising that the delivery would be with me the same day. That's not something you get anywhere else...not today anyway!!! I am very happy with my business cards, they are of a VERY high standard. To get my business card PERFECT and exactly as I wanted I dealt with Adam who helped me to achieve this. So I'd like to say a big thank you to him as he was brilliant. Also a big thank you to Jackie for keeping me informed. You've got one hell of a team working there and when I take on staff for my business I will be looking for people EXACTLY like them! A big thanks to your driver too who battled traffic that gives most people nightmares to get my order to me.
I looked at several business card printing websites and something told me that you were the right people. I trusted my gut and it proved more than correct. I will definitely be using you again when I need cards doing. Infact I'm going to be giving a speech on Friday to over 200 people about how websites will improve a business and will be handing my cards out. I will certainly make a point of telling them who did my cards.
Right I better stop there or your bosses will think you're paying me to say all of that haha.

We have had one minor quality issue since we started ordering which was resolved well (by Kelly). Kelly is the major reason that we use your company - We find her courteous, helpful and just generally, overall most helpful - good old fashioned customer service as we call it (which you don't get with most online printers) and we find that your prices are fairly attractive.
We are starting to order some more products from you - Print is not our core business obviously (see our logo below) but more and more of our clients are asking us to quote for print based products (which is an avenue that we don't usually go down depending on workload).

I just wanted to apologize for having ordered from Vista print as I was in a rush and believed in their fake low price.
But as they failed to deliver on time I cancelled the ordered and decided to give you the order as I was very happy with a previous order.
I have just received my order for some business card today on time as promised, and they are perfect.
But guess what, right after your order I got the order from Vista print that I cancelled last week and that I got refunded for. But the best thing is they were definitely cheap, not on the price but on the quality.
So voila, you have impressed me again with your “What You PROMISE is what you DELIVER” attitude.

Hi guys,
I received 5000 leaflets and 5000 business cards in record time earlier this week and you've done a great job at a startup friendly price! The finer detail in the artwork really came through well, much better than any laser printer I've had access to. Your Java-based artwork upload service is very convenient. Being the first time I've sent work to print I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of colour deviation from the sRGB originals; some more info on your site would help, colour space profiles too maybe? The overall result is slightly different in print but still pleasing to the eye, so I'm very happy with it.
Oh and nice touch taping the artwork to the boxes for delivery. What better way to describe their contents? Genius!
You've got one more future customer right here and I'll be sure to recommend you guys.

Before Solopress printed my cards I tried another company and the cards they printed were awful, the paper was cheap and the colours all wrong. I'm over the moon with Solopress and so glad I made the decision to use your company.
