Gennem \u00e5rene har origami-designere altid imponeret offentligheden med deres t\u00e5lmodighed og fingerf\u00e6rdighed, n\u00e5r de har foldet farverige papirark til dyr, blomster og geometriske former. Ordet \"origami\" er en kombination af to ord - \"ori\", der betyder \"foldning\", og \"kami\", der betyder \"papir\".<\/p>\n

De f\u00f8rste omtaler af dette gamle h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rk kom fra Kina under Sung-dynastiet (905-1125 e.Kr.), hvor foldet papir blev br\u00e6ndt under begravelser.<\/p>\n

I Japan har kunsten at folde papir v\u00e6ret praktiseret siden Edo-perioden (1603-1867), mens den genre i Europa, der kom t\u00e6ttest p\u00e5 origami, var servietfoldning, som har v\u00e6ret meget popul\u00e6r siden 1500-tallet.<\/p>\n

I dag er origami en popul\u00e6r kunstform, som mange designere over hele verden har taget til sig.<\/p>\n

  1. Akira Yoshizawa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Akira Yoshizawa, der er kendt som origamiens stormester, har v\u00e6ret banebrydende inden for forskellige foldeteknikker og forvandlet dette h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rk til kunst. I 1989 sk\u00f8nnede han, at han havde lavet ca. 50.000 modeller, hvoraf kun nogle f\u00e5 hundrede blev pr\u00e6senteret i hans 18 b\u00f8ger.<\/p>\n

    2. Hojyo Takashi<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Der er ikke mange oplysninger om Hojyo selv, men hans design deles (og foldes!) i stor stil p\u00e5 internettet. Hans diagrammer er ekstremt komplicerede, men de vellykkede resultater er kampen v\u00e6rd.<\/p>\n

    3. Katsuta Kyohei<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Katsuta Kyohei er f\u00f8dt i 1986 og begyndte at folde papir, da han var 4 \u00e5r gammel, hvor han l\u00e6rte det af sin mor. I dag er Katsutas livagtige origami-designs velkendte af origamister over hele verden. Hans diagrammer er ekstremt popul\u00e6re, bl.a. smukke dyr, fugle og firben.<\/p>\n

    4. Kade Chan<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Chan Pak Hei, Kade er en professionel origami-kunstner, der begyndte at folde papir i 2005 i en alder af 12 \u00e5r. I dag har Kade Chan over 100 originale origami-designs og frem for alt over 10 \u00e5rs erfaring med at undervise i origami-kunsten.     5. Satoshi Kamiya<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Satoshi Kamiya er en af de mest avancerede origamimestre i verden. Han henter sin inspiration fra mytologi, manga og naturen. Hans designs er ekstremt komplekse og detaljerede. Satoshi har desuden udgivet 3 b\u00f8ger om foldning af origami, herunder den mest ber\u00f8mte Works of Satoshi Kamiya.<\/p>\n
