Printprocessen<\/strong><\/h2>\n

N\u00e5r en fil forberedes til tryk, s\u00e6ttes den op med et firefarvesystem, der kaldes CMYK<\/a> (cyan, magenta, gul og sort). Men Pantone-farver kan ogs\u00e5 komme i betragtning til visse krav.<\/p>\n

N\u00e5r man trykker, best\u00e5r et billede af hundredvis af forskellige kombinationer af disse farver. De opbygges ved at passere gennem en presse, som opfanger de forskellige farver individuelt for at danne den \u00f8nskede nuance. Men der er nogle farver, som simpelthen ikke kan genskabes ved hj\u00e6lp af CMYK-farveprocessen. Til disse kan man v\u00e6lge at bruge en spotfarve eller Pantone-farver.<\/p>\n

Pantone-farver<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pantone-farver minder meget om de farvepr\u00f8ver, man ser i byggemarkeder. Der findes hundredvis af forskellige nuancer og dybder af farver, hver med et nummer til identifikation. Nuancerne skabes ved at blande fra en palet med 14 basisfarver - ligesom n\u00e5r man blander maling, men processen er meget specifik. Hver farve har en s\u00e6rlig opskrift, som indeb\u00e6rer, at bl\u00e6kket vejes op til en pr\u00e6cis m\u00e6ngde i en bestemt r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge og h\u00e5ndblandes af trykkeren. Alternativt kan de fleste farver k\u00f8bes f\u00e6rdigblandede.<\/p>\n

Fordele og ulemper<\/strong><\/h2>\n

For at skabe farver skal en trykmaskine kende den n\u00f8jagtige balance i CMYK for at skabe den rigtige nuance. En af fordelene ved at bruge Pantone-farver er, at man slipper helt for at g\u00e6tte, da de allerede er blandet og vil printe den n\u00f8jagtige \u00f8nskede nuance. Standardisering af farver betyder, at du fra den ene printer til den anden kan v\u00e6re sikker p\u00e5 konsistens og kontinuitet i dine udskrifter, is\u00e6r hvis du bruger en bestemt nuance.
