I l\u00f8bet af det sidste \u00e5rti synes detailhandlerne faktisk at have lagt sig fast p\u00e5 en \"70% off\"-besked som high street-standard for rabattilbud p\u00e5 januarudsalget.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>70% - det magiske tal?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mange store navne ser ud til at have besluttet sig for 70% som deres sweet spot. Men hvordan holder du dig p\u00e5 den rigtige side af reklamestandarderne med dine rabatkrav?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Er besparelsen beregnet i forhold til en vejledende udsalgspris?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I vagthundenes \u00f8jne betyder den vejledende udsalgspris ikke s\u00e5 meget. Du skal kunne bevise, at produktet har v\u00e6ret \u00e5bent udbudt til salg til den vejledende udsalgspris i en l\u00e6ngere periode. En anbefaling fra producenten er ikke nok til at underbygge et krav om besparelser. N\u00e5r der indgives en klage, ser ASA ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5, hvilke salg der blev gennemf\u00f8rt til den h\u00f8jere pris for at fastsl\u00e5, at der var tale om en reel henvisning.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hvor l\u00e6nge skal den h\u00f8jere pris tilbydes?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Som tommelfingerregel skal den h\u00f8jere referencepris have v\u00e6ret opkr\u00e6vet i en betydelig periode, der overstiger den tid, hvor den salgsfremmende pris blev tilbudt.
