For at bruge stavekontrol skal du g\u00e5 over og v\u00e6lge tekstboksen. N\u00e5r den er valgt, skal du g\u00e5 over til Rediger \u00f8verst her og g\u00e5 ned til Stavning.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e6lg Check Spelling, en dialogboks vises, og det ord, du \u00e6ndrer, er markeret med sort. Den foresl\u00e5ede rettelse vil v\u00e6re hernede, og den vil vise dig det ord, det bliver \u00e6ndret til. V\u00e6lg ordet, og n\u00e5r du har valgt det, g\u00e5r du over i h\u00f8jre side og klikker p\u00e5 \u00e6ndr.<\/p>\n<p>Den flytter dig automatisk til det n\u00e6ste ord, hvilket er hurtigt, og g\u00f8r bare det samme. For mig er det \"<em>sprang<\/em>\", s\u00e5 g\u00f8r bare det samme igen. Og n\u00e5r du har gjort det, skulle din s\u00e6tning gerne se s\u00e5dan her ud, helt korrekt.<\/p>\n<p>Men i dette tilf\u00e6lde.., <em>\"Solopress\"<\/em> er mit firmanavn, og det st\u00e5r faktisk ikke i ordbogen, s\u00e5 jeg vil ikke have, at den retter dette ord. S\u00e5 for fremtiden skal du bare g\u00e5 til ordbogen hernede, s\u00e5 kan du tilf\u00f8je dine ord til din ordbog i h\u00f8jre side. Og n\u00e6ste gang <em>\"Solopress\"<\/em> er inkluderet i en s\u00e6tning, vil den bare springe det over, fordi den ved, at det ord er det, jeg faktisk vil bruge. S\u00e5 bare klik p\u00e5 f\u00e6rdig, klik p\u00e5 f\u00e6rdig, og din s\u00e6tning skulle v\u00e6re fin, og alt skulle v\u00e6re klart og korrekt.<\/p>\n<p>Men lad os sige, at du godt kan lide de r\u00f8de understregninger under dine forkerte ord. Lad os bare g\u00e5 tilbage, s\u00e5 min s\u00e6tning er forkert igen. S\u00e5 hvis jeg skulle redigere, g\u00e5 ned til Stavning og sl\u00e5 Dynamisk stavning til, vil den understrege forkerte ord med en r\u00f8d understregning, s\u00e5dan her, som en sn\u00f8rklet r\u00f8d understregning, og du kan tilpasse den r\u00f8de understregning.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e5 over til InDesign \u00f8verst her, g\u00e5 ned til Indstillinger og derefter ned til Stavning, og det vil give mig en masse muligheder her for at \u00e6ndre, hvad understregningen g\u00f8r for gentagne ord, jeg kan g\u00f8re den bl\u00e5, og for ord uden stort begyndelsesbogstav kan jeg g\u00f8re den magenta. S\u00e5 det er en ret nyttig tilpasning, du kan g\u00f8re, s\u00e5 jeg anbefaler at g\u00f8re det.<\/p>\n<p>Og i Stavning kan man v\u00e6lge, hvilke ord den skal finde. S\u00e5 hvis jeg ikke vil have den til at finde gentagne ord, kan jeg bare fjerne markeringen, og s\u00e5 vil den ikke fremh\u00e6ve dem for mig. S\u00e5 ja, det er en god ting at g\u00f8re. N\u00e5r dynamisk stavning er aktiveret, er det ogs\u00e5 en meget hurtigere og nemmere m\u00e5de at rette stavefejl p\u00e5. Det eneste, du skal g\u00f8re, er at holde musen over stavefejlen, et ord med en r\u00f8d understregning, h\u00f8jreklikke, og s\u00e5 f\u00e5r du en liste med ord som dette, som du kan v\u00e6lge imellem. N\u00e5r du har valgt ordet, forsvinder den r\u00f8de understregning. Det betyder, at ordet er korrekt.<\/p>\n<p>Glem ikke at like, abonnere og skrive en kommentar nedenfor.
