Det er nogle af de st\u00f8rste problemer, som virksomheder i Storbritannien st\u00e5r over for, if\u00f8lge en nylig unders\u00f8gelse, vi har foretaget.<\/p>\n<p>Kun 4,5% af organisationerne mener, at Brexit har v\u00e6ret godt for deres virksomhed. Ligeledes vil over halvdelen overveje at indf\u00f8re en 4-dages arbejdsuge efter en vellykket afslutning af det nuv\u00e6rende fors\u00f8g.<\/p>\n<p>Dette er blot nogle af de resultater, vi har opn\u00e5et ved at unders\u00f8ge de mest presserende problemer for virksomheder i \u00f8jeblikket.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"text-decoration-line: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-73084\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"675\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vi har en mangfoldig kundebase, der best\u00e5r af en r\u00e6kke forskellige sektorer og virksomhedsst\u00f8rrelser. Nogle af resultaterne vil m\u00e5ske overraske dig.<\/p>\n<h2>Brexit er d\u00e5rligt for erhvervslivet<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-73088\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"675\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af alle erhvervssektorer og -st\u00f8rrelser ser man negativt p\u00e5 Brexit. Mellemstore virksomheder ser mest negativt p\u00e5 Brexit, da kun 1,48% af virksomhederne mener, at det har v\u00e6ret godt for deres forretning. Sm\u00e5 virksomheder ser lidt mindre negativt p\u00e5 Brexit, selvom denne procentdel kun ligger p\u00e5 5,63%.<\/p>\n<p>En forstyrret forsyningsk\u00e6de blev n\u00e6vnt af n\u00e6sten 50% af virksomhederne som hoved\u00e5rsagen til Brexits negative indvirkning. Mindsket tillid og goodwill over for britiske virksomheder p\u00e5 grund af Brexit blev angivet af en tredjedel af de adspurgte. Sm\u00e5 virksomheder kommenterede ogs\u00e5, at de er h\u00e5rdest ramt af eksporttariffer.<\/p>\n<p>Hele 80% af alle virksomheder sagde, at der ikke var nogen fordele ved Brexit overhovedet. Opdelt p\u00e5 sektorer er resultaterne endnu mere nedsl\u00e5ende. Ingen inden for kunst, detailhandel, uddannelse, hotel- og restaurationsbranchen, ejendomsbranchen eller sundhedssektoren mente, at Brexit havde v\u00e6ret godt for deres virksomhed.<\/p>\n<p>I betragtning af de \u00f8konomiske konsekvenser er det ikke overraskende, at s\u00e5 mange virksomheder er negativt indstillede over for Brexit.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-73085\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En ud af fem sm\u00e5 virksomheder er nu ikke l\u00e6ngere i stand til at handle i EU som f\u00f8lge af Brexit-inducerede barrierer, viste en separat unders\u00f8gelse for nylig. Afbrudte forsyningsk\u00e6der p\u00e5virker fortsat lagerniveauer og produktionskapacitet, hvilket efterlader mange britiske virksomheder i en vanskelig situation.<\/p>\n<p>For sm\u00e5 virksomheder, der fokuserer p\u00e5 lokale kunder som f\u00f8lge af Brexit-drevne restriktioner p\u00e5 international handel, kan trykt markedsf\u00f8ring v\u00e6re en omkostningseffektiv og effektiv m\u00e5de at \u00f8ge brandbevidstheden p\u00e5. Ud over tryksager tilbyder vi r\u00e5dgivning om <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/da\/vejledninger\/sadan-skriver-du-en-folder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hvordan man skriver<\/a> og <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/da\/vejledninger\/hvordan-man-designer-flyers-og-foldere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hvordan man designer<\/a> dit produkt.<\/p>\n<h2>Holdningen til 4-dages arbejdsuge er blandet<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-73089\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/business-62966302\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Storbritanniens fors\u00f8g med 4-dages arbejdsuge<\/a>, hvor 73 virksomheder med over 3.300 ansatte deltager, er n\u00e5et halvvejs. Resultaterne har v\u00e6ret overv\u00e6ldende positive, og det ser mere og mere sandsynligt ud, at dette kan blive en realitet for nogle britiske medarbejdere.<\/p>\n<p>Hele 86% af de virksomheder, der deltog i fors\u00f8get, som blev gennemf\u00f8rt af 4-Day Week, sagde, at de ville g\u00f8re 4-dages arbejdsugen permanent.<\/p>\n<p>Men virksomheder, der ikke deltager i fors\u00f8get, er uenige om, hvorvidt de vil indf\u00f8re det eller ej. Generelt er holdningen til konceptet positiv, idet 70% af respondenterne siger, at de synes, det er en god id\u00e9. Organisationer med mere end 250 ansatte var de mest tilb\u00f8jelige til at sige, at det ikke er en god id\u00e9 med n\u00e6sten 20%.<\/p>\n<p>Men n\u00e5r det drejer sig om at indf\u00f8re ordningen, er svarene blandede. Tallet falder til 50%, n\u00e5r virksomhederne bliver spurgt, om de vil overveje at bruge det, og over en tredjedel siger, at de ikke vil overveje det. Men det stiger igen til 75%, hvis organisationerne var garanteret intet tab af indtjening.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-73083\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"667\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tab af produktion er den st\u00f8rste frygt for mindre virksomheder, hvor omkring en tredjedel n\u00e6vner dette som deres st\u00f8rste bekymring. P\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af virksomheder af alle st\u00f8rrelser ville statsst\u00f8tte v\u00e6re det st\u00f8rste incitament til at indf\u00f8re en 4-dages arbejdsuge, idet n\u00e6sten halvdelen af dem sagde, at det var deres prim\u00e6re motivation.<\/p>\n<p>Det er interessant, at n\u00e6sten 50% ville v\u00e6re mere fristet til at st\u00f8tte ordningen, hvis den blev udbredt i den offentlige sektor og i store virksomheder. Det tyder p\u00e5, at hvis en 4-dages arbejdsuge anvendes bredt af et flertal af virksomheder, kan resten blive n\u00f8dt til at f\u00f8lge trop for at kunne konkurrere om medarbejderne.<\/p>\n<p>En positiv nyhed for medarbejderne er, at f\u00e6rre end 10% af virksomhederne uanset st\u00f8rrelse ville indf\u00f8re politikken med et fald p\u00e5 20% i deres medarbejderes l\u00f8nninger. Det fjerner en del tvivl for medarbejdere, der kan v\u00e6re bekymrede for et tab af personlig indtjening som et kompromis, is\u00e6r under en leveomkostningskrise.<\/p>\n<h2>Det st\u00f8rste enkeltst\u00e5ende problem<\/h2>\n<p>Leveomkostningerne blev udn\u00e6vnt til den st\u00f8rste trussel af over 80% af virksomhederne i vores unders\u00f8gelse. Med inflation og energikrise, der driver priserne op for b\u00e5de virksomheder og forbrugere, m\u00e6rker organisationerne presset, og de forventer, at det vil forts\u00e6tte i en overskuelig fremtid.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/7.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-73086\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"662\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e6sten tre \u00e5r efter pandemiens begyndelse m\u00e6rker virksomhederne stadig konsekvenserne af COVID. Over en tredjedel siger, at det stadig er en presserende trussel. Brexit f\u00f8lger t\u00e6t p\u00e5 p\u00e5 tredjepladsen, mens globalisering og klimaforandringer fuldender top fem.<\/p>\n<h2>Hvad skal vi g\u00f8re nu?<\/h2>\n<p>Virksomheder i alle st\u00f8rrelser st\u00e5r over for et utal af problemer, der truer deres eksistensgrundlag. Men det er ikke kun dystre nyheder. Selv om 4-dages arbejdsugen bekymrer mange, er der mange positive ting at hente for b\u00e5de virksomheder og medarbejdere. Organisationer, der deltager i dette fors\u00f8g, har rapporteret om forbedret produktivitet. Deres medarbejdere nyder godt af en bedre balance mellem arbejde og privatliv, hvilket har vist sig at v\u00e6re n\u00f8glen til at forbedre medarbejdernes fastholdelse og loyalitet.<\/p>\n<p>Leveomkostningskrisen har forv\u00e6rret mange af de problemer, der allerede p\u00e5virker virksomheder og forbrugere. For at overvinde disse problemer m\u00e5 virksomhederne v\u00e6re strategiske. Hvis dine priser stiger p\u00e5 grund af omkostninger til arbejdskraft og ressourcer, skal du v\u00e6re \u00e6rlig over for dine kunder.
