Her p\u00e5 Solopress var vi glade for at blive bedt om at designe og trykke rullebannere og merchandise til Strictly Come Dancing-stjernerne Katya Jones og Lewis Cope. Lewis Cope er bedst kendt for sin rolle som Nicky Milligan i ITV-soapserien Emmerdale, og han dannede par med den professionelle danser Katya Jones i s\u00e6sonen 2025. Efter deres chokerende exit fra showet besluttede de at forts\u00e6tte med at dele deres passion for dans.<\/p>\n

Parret kastede sig ud i et nyt eventyr ved at lede en danseworkshop sammen. De skabte workshoppen for dansere p\u00e5 alle niveauer, s\u00e5 de kunne have det sjovt med at danse med disse to fantastiske professionelle.<\/p>\n

Med et rum uden branding havde de brug for en m\u00e5de at bringe det til live p\u00e5 og skabe en mindev\u00e6rdig oplevelse. De ville ogs\u00e5 gerne tilbyde en r\u00e6kke souvenirs, som gruppen kunne k\u00f8be. Det var her, Solodesign-teamet kom ind i billedet.<\/p>\n

Skabelse af logoet<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Vores designere skabte rullebannerne og merchandise-logoet helt fra bunden ved kun at bruge den briefing og de billeder, der blev leveret. Jeg talte med Richard Kemp, som hjalp med dette projekt, og han fortalte mig om det logodesign, han skabte. Katya foreslog billeder og grafiske stilarter som inspiration og bad ham om at skabe et boblende og kurvet look. Richard brugte en r\u00e6kke forskellige designteknikker til at skabe det rette layout og den rette krumning af teksten, f.eks. ved at bruge Envelope Distort i Adobe Illustrator. Det logo, han skabte, prydede T-shirts<\/a> og H\u00e5ndtasker<\/a> at skabe merchandise, s\u00e5 deltagerne i workshopperne kunne f\u00e5 souvenirs med hjem.<\/p>\n

Alt om layout og design af rullebannere<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Vi talte med Emma Smith, hoveddesigneren p\u00e5 dette projekt, for at f\u00e5 nogle insideroplysninger. Hun fortalte os, at hun til at begynde med var nerv\u00f8s for projektet, da det at arbejde med kendte personer medf\u00f8rte \u201cet ekstra pres for ikke at lave fejl og leve op til opgaven\u201d. Emma n\u00e6vnte ogs\u00e5, at hun f\u00f8lte et stort ansvar for at f\u00e5 succes og f\u00e5 mulighed for at arbejde sammen med Katya Jones i fremtiden.<\/p>\n

Emma lavede en del research, f\u00f8r hun gik i gang med projektet, for at sikre, at hun kunne opfylde opgaven grundigt og pr\u00e6cist. Hendes research begyndte med at se p\u00e5 forskellige baggrunde, der blev brugt i dansebannere, for at f\u00e5 en forst\u00e5else af den stil, der var brug for. Opgaven n\u00e6vnte diskokugler, lyse, sjove billeder og specifikke farver. Emma s\u00f8rgede for at holde kontakt med Katya Jones for at sikre, at hendes design gik i den rigtige retning. \u201cKatya s\u00e5 ud til at v\u00e6re tiltrukket af lilla, s\u00e5 jeg holdt mig til det tema.\u201d Hun fortsatte med at bringe visionen til live ved at forfine og redigere de billeder, hun fik tilsendt, s\u00e5 de passede perfekt til st\u00f8rrelsen og stilen p\u00e5 rullebannerne.<\/p>\n

Styrken ved teamwork og l\u00e6ring<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Resten af designteamet st\u00f8ttede Emma gennem hele hendes designproces ved at dele tips og nye Photoshop-f\u00e6rdigheder, s\u00e5 hun kunne opn\u00e5 de bedste resultater. \u201cDe hjalp med at motivere mig og give deres kreative input, de er et fantastisk team.\u201d<\/p>\n

Den st\u00f8rste udfordring, Emma stod over for, var at forbedre sine Photoshop-f\u00e6rdigheder undervejs. Det var det redigeringsprogram, hun brugte mindst, s\u00e5 hun var under pres for at l\u00e6re hurtigt for at kunne producere arbejde i topkvalitet og stadig overholde deadlinen.<\/p>\n

Emmas st\u00f8rste succes var at se sit design i aktion og p\u00e5 de sociale medier. Hun beskrev det som et \u201cmeget stolt \u00f8jeblik\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n

Resultaterne er i<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Det endelige produkt var en stor pr\u00e6station, og Solodesign-teamet har modtaget stor ros fra b\u00e5de kolleger i Solopress-teamet og p\u00e5 de sociale medier. Katya Jones kommenterede: \u201cI har v\u00e6ret s\u00e5 gode til at designe og skabe alle produkterne for os! Jeg kan ikke takke jer nok.\u201d.<\/p>\n
