In jedem Druckwerk ist eine Druckplatte auf einem Zylinder montiert.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Ger\u00e4t von Heidelberg verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber sechs Druckwerke - jedes Druckwerk druckt eine Farbe. Beim Farbdruck wird in der Regel Tinte in vier Farben - Cyan, Magenta, Gelb und Schwarz - verwendet, die als Farbmodell CMYK bekannt sind.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16635\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/heidelberg-offset-lithographic-printing-press-video-guide.jpg\" alt=\"Heidelberger Offset-Lithographie-Druckmaschine\" width=\"650\" height=\"381\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Der Papierstapel wird in die richtige Position gehoben, eine Bogentrenneinheit trennt das Papier mit Luftstrahlen oder einem Vakuum, um sicherzustellen, dass immer nur ein Bogen durch die Druckmaschine geschickt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn sich die Druckplatte dreht, ist ihr erster Kontaktpunkt das Feuchtwerk. Dieses enth\u00e4lt eine Mischung aus Wasser und anderen Chemikalien und befeuchtet den bildfreien Bereich der Druckplatte.<\/p>\n<p>Die Druckplatte durchl\u00e4uft dann das Farbwerk. Ausgehend vom Farbkasten l\u00e4uft die Farbe durch mehrere Walzen, die als Walzenzug bezeichnet werden, und haftet dann auf dem Bildbereich der Druckplatte.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend wird es an den Gummituchzylinder weitergeleitet, der das Wasser auspresst und den eingef\u00e4rbten Bildbereich aufnimmt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Druckplatte wird dann zum letzten Zylinder, dem Gegendruckzylinder, gef\u00fchrt. Das Papier l\u00e4uft zwischen dem Druckzylinder und dem Gummituchzylinder und presst das Bild auf das Papier.<\/p>\n<p>Das Papier l\u00e4uft dann durch die Transfertrommeln. Jede Trommel ist mit Greifern ausgestattet, die das Papier von der vorherigen Trommel aufnehmen und an die n\u00e4chste weitergeben.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem die Drucke jede Einheit durchlaufen haben, werden sie mit Hei\u00df- und Kaltluft getrocknet und auf den Ausgabestapel gelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Und so funktioniert der lithografische Offsetdruck!<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Sie Anmerkungen oder Fragen zum lithografischen Druckverfahren haben, nutzen Sie bitte den unten stehenden Kommentarbereich.
