Die Schweiz verwendet die Schrift als ihr Markenzeichen - zum Beispiel sind alle Regierungsdokumente in Helvetica gedruckt.<\/p>\n<p>Es wurde schnell von Unternehmen auf der ganzen Welt aufgegriffen, um Wortmarken und Logos zu bilden. Heute verwenden \u00fcber 40 Unternehmen weltweit die Schrift als Teil ihres Logos, darunter 3M, BMW, Lufthansa, Jeep und American Apparel. American Apparel ist in der Tat einer der bemerkenswertesten Nutzer der Schrift. Seit der Fertigstellung im Jahr 1989 ist die gesamte Beschilderung der New Yorker U-Bahn einheitlich mit ihrer ikonischen wei\u00dfen Schrift auf schwarzem Hintergrund und den einfachen farbigen Kreisen zur Anzeige der verschiedenen Linien.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22404 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/New-York-Subway-Sign.jpg\" alt=\"New Yorker U-Bahn-Schild\" width=\"650\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Wie alle ber\u00fchmten historischen Figuren bekam auch die Helvetica 2007 ihren Durchbruch in Hollywood mit einem eigenen Dokumentarfilm \u00fcber die Geschichte der Schrift unter der Regie von Gary Hustwitt. Der Film wurde anl\u00e4sslich des 50-j\u00e4hrigen Jubil\u00e4ums der Helvetica gedreht und beleuchtete die Vor- und Nachteile der Schrift aus der Perspektive von Designern. Obwohl der Film nicht \u00fcberall in die Kinos kam, wurde er nach seiner Vorf\u00fchrung auf dem South by Southwest Festival 2007 von der Kritik gelobt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22402 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Helvetica-Film.jpg\" alt=\"Helvetica Film\" width=\"650\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Doch mit dem Ruhm kommt auch der Hass, und so m\u00f6gen einige Designer die Helvetica einfach nicht.
