TCF, ECF, forstwirtschaftlich nachhaltig... es ist leicht, diese Begriffe zu verwenden, ohne dar\u00fcber nachzudenken, wof\u00fcr sie eigentlich stehen oder was getan wird, um unseren Druck umweltfreundlich zu machen. Lassen Sie uns ein wenig Licht ins Dunkel bringen, was wir meinen, wenn wir sagen, dass Solopress Ihre \"gr\u00fcne\" Druckerei ist.<\/p>\n<h2>100% Recyclingpapier<\/h2>\n<p>Der Gro\u00dfteil des Papiers, das wir f\u00fcr den Druck verwenden, ist 100%-Recyclingpapier f\u00fcr den Offsetdruck, eine g\u00e4ngige lithografische Technik, bei der die Druckfarbe von den Druckplatten auf die Druckoberfl\u00e4che \u00fcbertragen wird.<\/p>\n<p>Alle unsere Zellstoff-Visitenkarten und -Flyer sind 100% recycelt, 380mic und in einem TCF (totally chlorine free)-Prozess gedruckt, ohne elementares Chlor gebleicht, was sie zum umweltfreundlichsten Druck macht, den wir anbieten.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26770\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/stack-of-paper-on-desk1.jpg\" alt=\"Drucken mit Recyclingpapier\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Kluge Entscheidungen f\u00fcr Seide und Glanz<\/h2>\n<p>Leider gibt es kein kosteng\u00fcnstiges 100%-Recyclingpapier f\u00fcr satinierte und gl\u00e4nzende Oberfl\u00e4chen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/de\/visitenkarten\/\">Visitenkarten<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/de\/flugblatter-prospekte\/\">Prospekte<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/de\/poster\/\">Poster<\/a> zur Zeit nicht. Da wir uns jedoch sowohl f\u00fcr einen umweltfreundlichen Druck als auch f\u00fcr faire Preise f\u00fcr unsere Kunden einsetzen, freuen wir uns, 50% aus recycelter Seide und Glanz f\u00fcr gestrichene Produkte anbieten zu k\u00f6nnen. Auch diese Produkte werden in einem ECF-Verfahren (elementar chlorfrei) gedruckt, d. h. es werden keine Chlorderivate im Prozess verwendet.<\/p>\n<h2>Warum chlorfrei?<\/h2>\n<p>ECF oder TCF <strong>Drucken mit Recyclingpapier<\/strong> sind die beste Wahl f\u00fcr den Planeten und f\u00fcr alle, die in der Druckindustrie arbeiten. Da sie f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten sicherer sind, halten wir es f\u00fcr absolut notwendig, mit einer dieser Methoden zu drucken. Elementarer chlorfreier Druck verwendet w\u00e4hrend der Verarbeitung kein elementares Chlorgas, sondern ein Derivat, bekannt als Chlordioxid.
