Im Allgemeinen wird er aus 45% S\u00e4gerestholz, 21% Rundholz und Hackschnitzel und 34% recyceltem Altpapier hergestellt. Dies ist sicherlich einer der am h\u00e4ufigsten vorkommenden Rohstoffe.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-30792\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/pulp3.jpg\" alt=\"Zellstoff Papier\" width=\"600\" height=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Die Geschichte<\/h2>\n<p>In 13<sup>th<\/sup> Jahrhundert wurde Papier aus Baumwoll- und Leinenfasern hergestellt. Mit der Erfindung des Spinnrads sanken die Preise f\u00fcr die Herstellung drastisch, da das Angebot an Lumpen zunahm. Dies f\u00fchrte zu billigerem Papier und zu einem gro\u00dfen Sprung in den fr\u00fchen Entwicklungen des Drucks. Erst Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts, als der Preis f\u00fcr Papier gestiegen war, wurde Holz im Aufschlussverfahren verwendet. Es wurden chemische Verfahren zur Abtrennung des Holzes entwickelt, die um 1900 zur f\u00fchrenden Methode f\u00fcr die Abtrennung von Holzfasern wurden.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-30791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/pulp2.jpg\" alt=\"Zellstoff Papier\" width=\"600\" height=\"250\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Der Prozess<\/h2>\n<p>Zellstoff wird durch die Kombination von Holzsp\u00e4nen und Chemikalien in Fermentern hergestellt, um die Fasern aufzubrechen und miteinander zu verbinden. Es ist ein weit verbreiteter Irrglaube, dass Zellstoffpapier aufgrund seines Recyclingcharakters ein gebrochen wei\u00dfes Material ist, obwohl es vor dem Bleichen (mit einer umweltfreundlichen, chlorfreien Chemikalie wie Wasserstoffperoxid) einer umfassenden Reinigung unterzogen wird.
