Alle Duplo-Ger\u00e4te werden von der Duplo Corporation in Japan hergestellt. Duplo International Ltd. ist ein unabh\u00e4ngiges, britisches Familienunternehmen. Von unserem B\u00fcro in Surrey aus vertreiben wir seit fast 30 Jahren Duplo-Druckweiterverarbeitungsger\u00e4te in ganz Europa, Afrika und dem Nahen Osten. Insgesamt beliefern wir 108 L\u00e4nder mit einem oder zwei ernannten Vertretern in jedem Land. Au\u00dferdem haben wir Niederlassungen in Frankreich und Polen. Ungef\u00e4hr zwei Drittel unserer Verk\u00e4ufe erfolgen \u00fcber den Export, das verbleibende Drittel ist ein Inlandsgesch\u00e4ft im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich.<\/p>\n<h2>Duplo-Produkte<\/h2>\n<p>Duplo-Produkte werden nach dem Konzept der so genannten automatisierten Pr\u00e4zision entwickelt und gebaut. Das bedeutet w\u00f6rtlich, dass wir zuverl\u00e4ssige, genaue, flexible und hochproduktive L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Herausforderungen der heutigen Druckunternehmen schaffen wollen. Die von uns verkauften Ger\u00e4te werden in nach ISO 9001 und 14001 zertifizierten Fabriken hergestellt, so dass unsere Kunden die Gewissheit haben, dass internationale Qualit\u00e4tskontrollstandards und Umweltvertr\u00e4glichkeit gew\u00e4hrleistet sind. In der Vergangenheit war Duplo f\u00fcr seine Papierzusammentragmaschinen und Brosch\u00fcrenfertiger bekannt, die immer noch zu den Bestsellern unter Lithodruckern auf der ganzen Welt geh\u00f6ren. In den letzten Jahren hat das Unternehmen die Entwicklung von Druckveredelungsl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Digitaldrucker vorangetrieben und gilt heute weithin als Marktf\u00fchrer in diesem Bereich. Mit 25 Ingenieuren und technischen Mitarbeitern in Gro\u00dfbritannien haben wir mehr Au\u00dfendiensttechniker als jeder andere Anbieter von Druckweiterverarbeitung im Land. In unserem Hauptsitz in Addlestone lagern Ersatzteile im Wert von \u00a32 Millionen (17.000 St\u00fcck). Au\u00dferdem f\u00fchren wir ein erfolgreiches Ausbildungsprogramm durch, um die n\u00e4chste Generation von Ingenieuren f\u00fcr die Druckindustrie auszubilden.<\/p>\n<h2>Solopress und Duplo<\/h2>\n<p>Solopress entschied sich im Fr\u00fchjahr 2011 f\u00fcr die Investition in eine Duplo System 5000 Brosch\u00fcrenfertigungsanlage. Die Maschine f\u00fcgt die gedruckten Seiten automatisch zusammen, bevor sie geheftet, gefalzt und die Kanten beschnitten werden, um ein fertiges Buch zu produzieren. Das System 5000 ist vor allem f\u00fcr Unternehmen wie Solopress von Bedeutung, die eine Reihe verschiedener Anwendungen mit unterschiedlichen Formaten, auf verschiedenen Papiersorten und mit verschiedenen Druckmaschinen produzieren. Das Herzst\u00fcck des System 5000 ist der Duplo DC-10\/60 Kollationsturm, der mit einem Doppelf\u00e4cher-Zuf\u00fchrungssystem ausgestattet ist, das es ihm erm\u00f6glicht, eine gro\u00dfe Bandbreite an verschiedenen Papiersorten zu verarbeiten. Nachdem der Bediener die T\u00fcrme geladen hat, kann die Maschine in nur 30 Sekunden f\u00fcr einen weiteren Auftrag bereit gemacht werden. Feineinstellungen der Falz- und Heftpositionen k\u00f6nnen innerhalb von 0,1 mm vorgenommen werden. Durch die Kombination von Durchlaufzeit und Genauigkeit wird eine ph\u00e4nomenale Produktivit\u00e4t erreicht. Solopress produziert mit dem System 5000 Brosch\u00fcren von h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t, und die Kunden des Unternehmens sind mit ihren Brosch\u00fcren sehr zufrieden.<\/p>\n<h2>Die Zukunft des Drucks<\/h2>\n<p>Der Druck hat sich im Laufe der Jahre dramatisch ver\u00e4ndert. Fr\u00fcher ging es um gro\u00dfe Auflagen, die Kunden hielten tonnenweise Literatur auf Lager, und man bekam ein oder zwei riesige Auftr\u00e4ge pro Jahr. Heute geht es beim Druck um kleine Auflagen, Personalisierung, schnelle Durchlaufzeiten und Just-in-time-Lieferung. Immer mehr Cross-Media-Kampagnen nutzen Druckerzeugnisse, um Kunden durch Technologien wie QR-Codes und Augmented Reality online zu bringen. Als sichtbar dynamisches und technologieorientiertes Unternehmen ist Solopress gut f\u00fcr die Zukunft ger\u00fcstet.
