Pero tambi\u00e9n se pueden considerar los colores Pantone para determinados requisitos.<\/p>\n<p>Al imprimir, una imagen se compone de cientos de combinaciones diferentes de estos colores. Se construyen pasando por una prensa, que recoge los distintos colores individualmente para formar el tono deseado. Tanto si se imprime en una impresora digital como en una litogr\u00e1fica offset, los colores se componen exclusivamente de CMYK, tambi\u00e9n conocido como cuatricrom\u00eda o impresi\u00f3n por proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Pero hay colores que no pueden reproducirse con el proceso de color CMYK. En estos casos, puede optar por utilizar colores directos o colores Pantone.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Colores Pantone<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los colores Pantone son muy parecidos a las muestras de pintura que se ven en las tiendas de bricolaje. Hay cientos de tonos y profundidades de color, cada uno con un n\u00famero asignado para identificarlo. Estos tonos se crean mezcl\u00e1ndolos a partir de una paleta de 14 colores base, como si fuera pintura, pero el proceso es muy espec\u00edfico. Cada color viene con una receta particular que implica pesar la tinta en una cantidad precisa y en un orden determinado, y que el impresor mezcla a mano. Como alternativa, la mayor\u00eda de los colores pueden comprarse premezclados.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ventajas e inconvenientes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para crear colores, una m\u00e1quina de impresi\u00f3n necesita conocer el equilibrio exacto de CMYK para crear el tono correcto. Una de las ventajas de utilizar colores Pantone es que se eliminan por completo las conjeturas, puesto que ya est\u00e1n mezclados e imprimir\u00e1n el tono exacto deseado. Estandarizar los colores significa que, de una imprenta a otra, puedes estar seguro de la consistencia y continuidad de tus impresiones, especialmente si utilizas un tono espec\u00edfico. Esto no quiere decir que la impresi\u00f3n CMYK sea inferior. Como la tecnolog\u00eda de impresi\u00f3n ha avanzado tanto, es f\u00e1cil que CMYK funcione bien en la mayor\u00eda de los casos.<\/p>\n<p>Los colores planos son \u00fatiles para crear una imagen de marca espec\u00edfica. Por ejemplo, McDonald's: el rojo brillante que utiliza en su marca es un color directo. Esto hace que su logotipo sea f\u00e1cilmente reconocible. Si utilizas colores planos en tu marca, puedes crear una paleta de colores definitiva y coherente en todos los \u00e1mbitos.<\/p>\n<p>El inconveniente de utilizar colores Pantone es que, debido a los materiales y al procedimiento necesarios para utilizarlos, cuestan bastante m\u00e1s que la cuatricrom\u00eda y pueden alargar los plazos de entrega.
