Normalmente se colocan y atan a las verjas o muros de las propiedades con la intenci\u00f3n de anunciar a los transe\u00fantes que una propiedad est\u00e1 en venta.<\/p>\n<p>Estos carteles suelen contener r\u00f3tulos como \"Se vende\", \"Se alquila\", \"Se vende\", junto con el nombre, el logotipo y los colores de la marca de la agencia inmobiliaria.<\/p>\n<p>Son una excelente forma de que los agentes inmobiliarios comercialicen las propiedades disponibles en su zona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las normas de los consejos de agentes inmobiliarios?<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A la hora de dise\u00f1ar un r\u00f3tulo, debe conocer perfectamente las normas y reglamentos que regulan la exposici\u00f3n de carteles de agencias inmobiliarias. Estas normas est\u00e1n recogidas en el Reglamento de Planificaci\u00f3n Urbana y Rural (Control de la Publicidad) (Inglaterra) de 2007. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.gov.uk\/uksi\/2007\/783\/contents\/made\">legislaci\u00f3n completa aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hemos recopilado algunas de las normas m\u00e1s importantes que debes recordar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Los carteles s\u00f3lo pueden colgarse en la propiedad a la que se refieren<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Parece una obviedad, pero s\u00f3lo puede colgar su cartel de agente inmobiliario en la propiedad a la que se refiere. De este modo se evita la colocaci\u00f3n no autorizada en viviendas cercanas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>S\u00f3lo se puede exponer un tabl\u00f3n por propiedad<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>No puedes sobrecargar un solo inmueble con varios tablones. A no ser que anuncies varios pisos en un complejo, aunque lo mejor es que consultes con tu ayuntamiento las normas al respecto.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Los carteles deben retirarse 14 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que se haya acordado el alquiler.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si tiene un tabl\u00f3n de la agencia inmobiliaria en la propiedad que est\u00e1 disponible para alquilar, debe retirarlo de la propiedad en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 14 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de que los nuevos inquilinos hayan firmado su contrato.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Los tableros no deben tener m\u00e1s de 0,5 metros cuadrados<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n existen normas sobre el tama\u00f1o de los carteles para agentes inmobiliarios. Si su cartel de \"Se alquila\" o \"Se vende\" se cuelga en la propiedad que est\u00e1 disponible en el mercado, el cartel m\u00e1s grande que puede utilizar es de 0,5 metros cuadrados. En diciembre de 2013, el ayuntamiento de Cheltenham <a href=\"https:\/\/www.estateagenttoday.co.uk\/breaking-news\/2016\/3\/agents-boards-no-more-gentle-reminders-threat-by-authority\">envi\u00f3 una carta de advertencia<\/a> a todas las agencias inmobiliarias de la zona, en relaci\u00f3n con la regulaci\u00f3n de la exposici\u00f3n de paneles de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la advertencia formal, se descubri\u00f3 que varias agencias inmobiliarias no cumpl\u00edan \u00edntegramente la normativa establecida. Por ello, las autoridades advirtieron de que \"no habr\u00eda m\u00e1s recordatorios amables\", y que las infracciones continuas les llevar\u00edan a emprender nuevas acciones legales.<\/p>\n<p>Cada distrito urbano cuenta con su propia autoridad local para decidir la normativa local relativa a los consejos de agentes inmobiliarios. Lim\u00edtate al logotipo de la empresa y quiz\u00e1 a una imagen de fondo con texto encima.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00e9 breve y dulce con el texto - <\/strong>Si pones pocas palabras, es posible que no se entienda tu argumento de venta. Si pone demasiadas, se arriesga a que los transe\u00fantes no capten su mensaje. Lim\u00edtese a decir en qu\u00e9 estado se encuentra el inmueble e incluya el nombre de su empresa y sus datos de contacto.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C\u00ed\u00f1ase a los colores de su marca -<\/strong> la gente hace asociaciones con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/es\/diseno-artistico\/colores-en-la-impresion-marketing\/\">color en marketing impreso<\/a>.
