Il a \u00e9galement cr\u00e9\u00e9 l'\u00e9cole de graphisme de la London School of Printing (aujourd'hui l'\u00c9cole de l'imprimerie de Londres). <a title=\"Leader mondial de l&#039;enseignement du design et des m\u00e9dias\" href=\"https:\/\/www.arts.ac.uk\/colleges\/london-college-of-communication\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Coll\u00e8ge de communication de Londres<\/a>). Sa collection contient des exemples d'affiches et de travaux publi\u00e9s pour des organisations telles que Guinness, London Transport et General Post Office.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l'occasion du centenaire de la naissance de ce graphiste influent, une nouvelle exposition au London College of Communication (11 - 29 janvier 2014) c\u00e9l\u00e9brera l'\u00e9norme contribution de Tom Eckersley au graphisme et \u00e0 l'enseignement du graphisme en Grande-Bretagne pendant six d\u00e9cennies, en tant que praticien, enseignant et ma\u00eetre incontestable de l'art du graphisme. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/fr\/affiches\/\">impression d'affiches<\/a> la conception.<\/p>\n<p>L'exposition pr\u00e9sente 40 affiches s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es dans les archives Eckersley de l'Universit\u00e9 des arts de Londres, conserv\u00e9es au London College of Communication (LCC), o\u00f9 Eckersley a mis en place le premier cours de graphisme de premier cycle au Royaume-Uni en 1954, \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque du London College of Printing (LCP). Des dessins d'Eckersley datant des ann\u00e9es 1940 aux ann\u00e9es 1980 seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s lors de l'exposition.<\/p>\n<p>\"L'h\u00e9ritage de Tom Eckersley n'est nulle part mieux ressenti qu'au London College of Communication, o\u00f9 l'enseignement et la recherche en mati\u00e8re de graphisme sont ancr\u00e9s dans le premier cours de premier cycle qu'il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1954\", d\u00e9clare le professeur Lawrence Zeegen, doyen de l'\u00e9cole de design du London College of Communication. \"\u00c0 l'heure o\u00f9 la conception de la communication et les m\u00e9dias du XXIe si\u00e8cle ne cessent de progresser, il est de plus en plus important de trouver un moment pour s'arr\u00eater et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au pass\u00e9 de la discipline, au milieu du barrage de messages visuels multidisciplinaires, multiplateformes et multicouches. \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cor\u00e9 de l'Ordre de l'Empire britannique (OBE) pour ses services rendus \u00e0 la conception d'affiches.<\/li>\n<li>Tom Eckersley a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'un des premiers designers britanniques \u00e0 adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 l'Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI).<\/li>\n<li>Il<b> <\/b>est rest\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate du d\u00e9partement graphique du LCP\/LCC jusqu'en
