Une plaque de presse est mont\u00e9e sur un cylindre dans chaque unit\u00e9 d'impression.<\/p>\n<p>Cette machine Heidelberg comporte six unit\u00e9s d'impression - chaque unit\u00e9 imprime une couleur. L'impression couleur utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l'encre de quatre couleurs - Cyan, Magenta, Jaune et Noir - connue sous le nom de mod\u00e8le de couleur CMJN.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16635\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/heidelberg-offset-lithographic-printing-press-video-guide.jpg\" alt=\"Presse lithographique offset Heidelberg\" width=\"650\" height=\"381\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La pile de papier est soulev\u00e9e en position, une unit\u00e9 de s\u00e9paration des feuilles s\u00e9pare le papier \u00e0 l'aide de jets d'air ou d'un vide afin de garantir qu'une seule feuille est envoy\u00e9e dans la presse \u00e0 la fois.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la plaque de presse tourne, son premier point de contact est l'unit\u00e9 de mouillage. Celle-ci contient un m\u00e9lange d'eau et d'autres produits chimiques et humidifie la zone non imag\u00e9e de la plaque de presse.<\/p>\n<p>La plaque de presse passe ensuite dans le dispositif d'encrage, \u00e0 partir de l'encrier, l'encre passe par plusieurs rouleaux appel\u00e9s train de rouleaux, qui adh\u00e8rent ensuite \u00e0 la zone d'image de la plaque de presse.<\/p>\n<p>Il passe ensuite dans le cylindre porte-blanchet, qui presse l'eau et recueille la zone d'image encr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La plaque de presse passe ensuite dans le dernier cylindre appel\u00e9 cylindre d'impression. Le papier passe entre le cylindre d'impression et le cylindre de blanchet, ce qui permet de presser l'image sur le papier.<\/p>\n<p>Le papier passe ensuite dans les tambours de transfert.
