Nous sommes un fournisseur de consommables et de biens d'\u00e9quipement pour l'industrie de l'impression lithographique et num\u00e9rique. Notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e il y a une trentaine d'ann\u00e9es dans le Suffolk pour fournir des consommables d'impression aux imprimeurs de la c\u00f4te Est et des Home Counties. Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part de fournir une gamme compl\u00e8te de produits de haute qualit\u00e9 et de n'offrir que les meilleurs produits des meilleurs fabricants. Au cours de ces 30 ann\u00e9es d'activit\u00e9, nous avons modifi\u00e9 notre gamme de produits pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de notre secteur, notamment en \u00e9tablissant des partenariats avec des fabricants de machines num\u00e9riques afin d'aider nos clients \u00e0 produire des documents num\u00e9riques de haute qualit\u00e9 en petites s\u00e9ries. Mayday Graphics propose une gamme compl\u00e8te de flux de travail pr\u00e9presse pour prendre en charge les derniers fichiers avec lesquels nos clients doivent travailler et qui sont soutenus par des dispositifs d'exposition \u00e0 grande vitesse. Notre derni\u00e8re diversit\u00e9 nous a permis d'entrer sur le march\u00e9 du grand format avec des \u00e9quipements tels que des machines num\u00e9riques \u00e0 bobines \u00e0 \u00e9co-solvant et des machines d'impression UV \u00e0 plat capables d'imprimer sur de nombreux supports rigides d'une \u00e9paisseur allant jusqu'\u00e0 10 cm. Nous stockons \u00e9galement une vaste gamme de supports \u00e0 base d'eau et d'\u00e9co-solvants pour approvisionner les utilisateurs de grand format num\u00e9rique. Notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s'est efforc\u00e9e de soutenir les utilisateurs finaux tout au long de leur activit\u00e9 en disposant de nos propres sp\u00e9cialistes pour tous nos produits, ce qui nous permet de nous d\u00e9marquer de la plupart de nos concurrents et nous aide \u00e0 fournir un guichet unique dans la mesure du possible. Nous pensons que c'est important pour les clients et que cela les rassure de savoir qu'en cas de probl\u00e8me, ils n'ont qu'un seul coup de fil \u00e0 passer.<\/p>\n<p><b>Solopress et Mayday<br \/>\n<\/b>Mayday Graphics a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 Solopress il y a une dizaine d'ann\u00e9es par Andy Smith, l'un de ses directeurs. Andy nous a contact\u00e9s lorsqu'ils \u00e9taient \u00e0 la recherche de leur premi\u00e8re machine CTP (computer to plate) pour fabriquer les plaques de leur premi\u00e8re Speedmaster 74. Cet achat initial a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 moins de 18 mois plus tard par une machine Kodak Magnus haut de gamme et un flux de travail Prinerge pouvant produire 40 plaques par heure afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande. Solopress obtenait d\u00e9sormais un classement \u00e9lev\u00e9 sur Google pour les commandes d'impression en ligne et la deuxi\u00e8me machine Magnus a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e pour permettre \u00e0 l'entreprise de rester en production \u00e0 tout moment et d'imprimer 24 heures sur 24 sans laisser tomber ses clients en cas de d\u00e9faillance de l'un de ses \u00e9quipements. Notre relation avec Solopress s'est transform\u00e9e en un partenariat de confiance, car nous fournissons de plus en plus de produits \u00e0 l'entreprise, depuis le pr\u00e9presse, la salle d'impression num\u00e9rique et maintenant le grand format. Nous nous effor\u00e7ons de maintenir le volume \u00e9lev\u00e9 de produits livr\u00e9s quotidiennement et nous conseillons chaque d\u00e9partement sur les \u00e9quipements et les consommables. 10 ans plus tard, la croissance de Solopress a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable et l'approche du march\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 professionnelle et tout \u00e0 fait unique. Mayday a estim\u00e9 que le partenariat a bien fonctionn\u00e9 pour les deux entreprises et qu'elles peuvent compter sur nous en tant qu'entreprise pour les servir et les soutenir de toutes les mani\u00e8res possibles. Aujourd'hui, Solopress poss\u00e8de 5 Speedmasters, 2 iGens et de nombreuses machines grand format. Je peux dire avec fiert\u00e9 que chaque opportunit\u00e9 pour Solopress en signifie une autre pour nous, car nous continuons \u00e0 chercher de nouveaux produits pour les soutenir, ainsi que tous les clients avec lesquels nous traitons. La fa\u00e7on dont ils m\u00e8nent leurs affaires est admirable - il faut dire que leur devise devrait \u00eatre \"tout est dans le client\" et, en tant que fournisseur depuis longtemps, ils sont \u00e0 la hauteur de cette devise \u00e0 tous points de vue.
