Il se peut m\u00eame que vous ayez un morceau d'impression thermique dans votre poche au moment o\u00f9 vous lisez cet article !<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode d'impression sans encre existe depuis des d\u00e9cennies sous diff\u00e9rentes formes et est encore largement utilis\u00e9e aujourd'hui. C'est pourquoi nous allons partager avec vous les m\u00e9canismes de l'impression thermique directe et la fa\u00e7on dont elle a acquis sa notori\u00e9t\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'aide de pionniers de la technologie tels que Nintendo.<\/p>\n<h2>Fonctionnement de l'impression thermique<\/h2>\n<p>Il existe deux types d'impression thermique, qui ne n\u00e9cessitent pas l'application d'encre comme une imprimante \u00e0 jet d'encre ou lithographique. L'autre m\u00e9thode est appel\u00e9e impression thermique directe.<\/p>\n<p>L'impression thermique directe implique l'application de la chaleur d'une t\u00eate d'impression thermique sur un substrat qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 enduit d'un m\u00e9lange chimique solidifi\u00e9 d'un colorant incolore et d'une matrice (<a class=\"seomoz-highlight seomoz-highlight-nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Thermal_paper\" rel=\"nofollow\">Wikipedia (en anglais)<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Pour expliquer cette technique d'impression aussi clairement que possible, nous allons d\u00e9crire le processus d'impression thermique directe dans les imprimantes de re\u00e7us.<\/p>\n<h3>Imprimantes de re\u00e7us<\/h3>\n<p>Dans les imprimantes de re\u00e7us, le papier couch\u00e9 est charg\u00e9 sous forme de rouleau et introduit dans une fente qui le fait passer entre un rouleau en caoutchouc et la t\u00eate thermique.
