Nous avons tous quelques ann\u00e9es d'exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de pand\u00e9mie \u00e0 notre actif et le terrain sur lequel nous nous trouvons commence \u00e0 nous sembler un peu plus solide. Avec des plans \u00e9prouv\u00e9s en place et un calendrier passionnant de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies et de nouveaux produits, l'avenir semble beaucoup plus assur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>C'est pourquoi nous \u00e9tions curieux de savoir comment les \u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9cents avaient affect\u00e9 nos clients et partenaires commerciaux B2B, et quels facteurs avaient influenc\u00e9 leurs projets pour 2022. Nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de leur proposer une enqu\u00eate couvrant des aspects tels que le recrutement, les pratiques de travail, le marketing et leurs projets de croissance.  Tout en satisfaisant notre propre curiosit\u00e9, nous savions que les donn\u00e9es recueillies fourniraient des informations int\u00e9ressantes \u00e0 nos entreprises clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sont encourageants : les entreprises de toutes tailles abordent l'ann\u00e9e 2022 avec un \u00e9lan d'optimisme. Nos conclusions fascinantes ont \u00e9galement remis en question certaines id\u00e9es r\u00e9pandues sur la suppression des activit\u00e9s de recrutement, de performance et de marketing. Voici quelques points saillants des donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Recrutement et pratiques de travail<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il semble courant d'affirmer que le recrutement est pratiquement impossible \u00e0 l'heure actuelle. La prochaine \u00e9tape pour les employeurs pourrait \u00eatre d'\u00e9valuer les cas o\u00f9 le travail \u00e0 distance a \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9ussite et ceux o\u00f9 le retour \u00e0 des espaces de travail partag\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9fique.
