Parfois, la premi\u00e8re fois qu'un patient se rend compte d'un probl\u00e8me, c'est lorsqu'un organe tombe en panne, mais il faut qu'il soit d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien avanc\u00e9 pour qu'il cesse de fonctionner. Si cette d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9e plus t\u00f4t, le probl\u00e8me aurait pu \u00eatre trait\u00e9 par des interventions m\u00e9dicales ou des changements de mode de vie.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Mesurer, g\u00e9rer<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour tester et surveiller les marqueurs de sant\u00e9 qui d\u00e9terminent l'\u00e9tat de notre corps, Grant a introduit son syst\u00e8me de \"score de bien-\u00eatre\". En quantifiant certains aspects de la sant\u00e9 d'un patient et en les regroupant dans un score de bien-\u00eatre global, Grant a pu lui donner un aper\u00e7u de son \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9. Ils peuvent ensuite utiliser ce score comme point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et progresser \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si le score de bien-\u00eatre s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre un outil efficace, Grant souhaitait aller plus loin. Il s'est rendu compte qu'une batterie de tests plus pouss\u00e9s lui permettrait, ainsi qu'au patient, d'en apprendre beaucoup plus. Cela \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement vrai pour la tranche d'\u00e2ge des 40 \u00e0 60 ans, lorsque de nombreux probl\u00e8mes susceptibles d'avoir un impact sur le reste de la vie deviennent d\u00e9tectables pour la premi\u00e8re fois. La marque de l'entreprise et l'identit\u00e9 visuelle du service Mid-life MOT \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitueront un contenu important pour la conception du d\u00e9pliant.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>La mise par \u00e9crit<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour le texte descriptif, il s'agissait de donner une bonne indication de ce que comporte le bilan de sant\u00e9 sans entrer dans les d\u00e9tails. Le test lui-m\u00eame est d\u00e9taill\u00e9 et sophistiqu\u00e9, mais pour la campagne d'affichage, Grant \u00e9tait d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 ne pas s'embourber dans les d\u00e9tails.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il a pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 transmettre l'information de mani\u00e8re succincte \u00e0 un public tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9. Une description du service dans un langage attrayant et un appel \u00e0 l'action fort constituaient l'essentiel du contenu. Outre la description du service, il \u00e9tait essentiel d'inclure les coordonn\u00e9es des personnes \u00e0 contacter.
