Abbiamo tutti un paio d'anni di esperienza di pandemia alle spalle e il terreno su cui poggiamo comincia a sembrare pi\u00f9 solido. Con piani collaudati e un'entusiasmante programmazione di nuove strategie e prodotti, il futuro sembra molto pi\u00f9 sicuro.<\/p>\n<p>Con questa premessa, eravamo curiosi di sapere come i recenti eventi hanno influenzato i nostri clienti e partner commerciali B2B e quali fattori hanno influenzato i loro piani per il 2022. Abbiamo deciso di contattarli con un sondaggio che coprisse aspetti come le assunzioni, le pratiche di lavoro, il marketing e i loro piani di crescita.  Oltre a soddisfare la nostra curiosit\u00e0, sapevamo che i dati avrebbero fornito alcuni spunti interessanti per i nostri clienti commerciali.<\/p>\n<p>I risultati sono stati incoraggianti: le aziende di tutte le dimensioni si avviano al 2022 con ottimismo. Le nostre affascinanti scoperte hanno anche messo in discussione alcune nozioni diffuse sulla soppressione delle attivit\u00e0 di reclutamento, performance e marketing. Ecco alcuni punti salienti dei dati.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Assunzione e pratiche di lavoro<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sembra popolare l'affermazione che il reclutamento sia quasi impossibile in questo momento.
