In elke drukeenheid wordt \u00e9\u00e9n persplaat op een cilinder gemonteerd.<\/p>\n<p>Deze Heidelberg machine heeft zes afdrukeenheden - elke eenheid drukt \u00e9\u00e9n kleur af. Voor het afdrukken in kleur wordt meestal inkt in vier kleuren gebruikt - cyaan, magenta, geel en zwart - dit staat bekend als het kleurmodel CMYK.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16635\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/heidelberg-offset-lithographic-printing-press-video-guide.jpg\" alt=\"Heidelberg offset lithografische drukpers\" width=\"650\" height=\"381\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De stapel papier wordt in positie getild, een vellenscheidingseenheid scheidt het papier met luchtstralen of een vacu\u00fcm om ervoor te zorgen dat er slechts \u00e9\u00e9n vel tegelijk door de pers wordt gestuurd.<\/p>\n<p>Als de persplaat draait, is het eerste contactpunt de dempingseenheid. Deze bevat een mengsel van water en andere chemicali\u00ebn en bevochtigt het niet-beeldgedeelte van de persplaat.<\/p>\n<p>De persplaat passeert dan de inktunit, beginnend bij de inktfontein gaat de inkt door meerdere rollen, een zogenaamde rollentrein, die zich vervolgens vasthechten aan het beeldgebied van de persplaat.<\/p>\n<p>Vervolgens wordt het doorgegeven aan de dekencilinder, die het water samenperst en het ge\u00efnkte beeldgebied oppakt.<\/p>\n<p>De persplaat wordt dan naar de laatste cilinder gevoerd, de indrukcilinder. Het papier loopt tussen de drukcilinder en de dekencilinder en drukt het beeld op het papier.<\/p>\n<p>Het papier loopt dan door de Transfer Drums.
