Over het algemeen bestaat dit uit 45% zagerijafval, 21% stammen en spaanders en 34% gerecycled oud papier. In termen van grondstoffen is dit zeker een van de meest overvloedige.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-30792\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/pulp3.jpg\" alt=\"Pulp papier\" width=\"600\" height=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>De geschiedenis<\/h2>\n<p>In 13<sup>th<\/sup> In het Europa van de vorige eeuw werd papier gemaakt van katoen- en linnenvezels. De uitvinding van het spinnewiel deed de productieprijzen drastisch dalen door de aanvoer van lompen te vergroten. Dit leidde tot goedkoper papier en een grote sprong voorwaarts in de vroege ontwikkelingen van de boekdrukkunst. Hout werd niet gebruikt in het pulpproces tot halverwege de 19e eeuw, toen de prijs van papier was gestegen. Er werden chemische processen ontwikkeld om het hout te scheiden en tegen 1900 was dit de belangrijkste methode geworden om houtvezels te scheiden.<\/p>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-30791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/pulp2.jpg\" alt=\"Pulp papier\" width=\"600\" height=\"250\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2>Het proces<\/h2>\n<p>Chemische pulp wordt gemaakt door houtsnippers en chemicali\u00ebn te combineren in vergisters om de vezels af te breken en samen te binden. Het is een wijdverbreid misverstand dat papierpulp een gebroken wit materiaal is omdat het gerecycled is, maar het wordt eerst grondig gereinigd voordat het gebleekt wordt (met een milieuvriendelijke, chloorvrije chemische stof zoals waterstofperoxide). De pulp wordt dan gedroogd en in vellen gerold.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-30790\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/pulp4.jpg\" alt=\"Pulp papier\" width=\"600\" height=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Het product<\/h2>\n<p>Geef een stijlvolle retro look aan je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/nl\/visitekaartjes\/\">Visitekaartjes<\/a> Met onze extra dikke 380mic (ca. 290gsm) Pulp is het afgewerkte oppervlak vergelijkbaar met het uiterlijk en de textuur van een bierviltje. De kaart is niet gecoat, dus houd er rekening mee dat de uiteindelijke afdruk er vaak doffer uitziet dan wanneer deze wordt afgedrukt op gecoate materialen zoals glans en zijde. Omdat de kaart niet gecoat is, krijg je er gemakkelijk vlekken op. Het is niet ongewoon dat de inkt van een donker gedeelte van de afdruk overgaat op een lichter
