Hoewel je ons enthousiasme voor gespecialiseerde printhardware misschien niet deelt, ben je misschien wel ge\u00efnteresseerd in de glanzende nieuwe opties die spot UV en foiling bieden.<\/p>\n<p>Onze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=zmErJoSf_NE\">video<\/a> geeft je een voorproefje van de verbluffende effecten die kunnen worden bereikt.<\/p>\n<div class=\"youtube-embed\" data-video_id=\"zmErJoSf_NE\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Introductie van Spot UV- en foliefolders\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zmErJoSf_NE?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Dus hier is onze handige gids over wat deze processen precies zijn, hoe ze je ontwerpen kunnen verbeteren en wat je moet doen als je ze bij ons wilt bestellen:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Spot UV-lak<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Gelamineerd papier is meestal mat, glanzend of iets daartussenin. Ze bieden een uniforme afwerking over het hele vel. Met spotvernis kunnen we lijnen, vormen, ontwerpen en belettering defini\u00ebren in een hoogglanzende UV-vernis die contrasteert met het onderliggende papier. Hierdoor kun je bepaalde details eruit pikken in een glanzende oppervlaktestructuur die zich onderscheidt van de rest van het ontwerp.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>De details<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Als je bij vernis denkt aan een dikke en kleverige substantie, dan is niets minder waar als het om dit proces gaat. Met de mogelijkheid om vernislijnen van slechts een halve millimeter aan te brengen, is onze JETvarnish printer in staat om ongelooflijk fijne details na te bootsen - maar ook uitgestrekte vaste gebieden.<\/p>\n<p>De dikte van de afwerking kan slechts drie honderdste millimeter bedragen, vrijwel vlak op het oppervlak. We kunnen ook meerdere lagen aanbrengen om een reli\u00ebfstructuur te cre\u00ebren. Delicaat of gedurfd, vlak of verhoogd, de veelzijdigheid van deze methode kan een enorme verscheidenheid aan ontwerpen verbeteren.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Achter de oppervlakte <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ontwerpers zullen de mogelijkheden van spot UV-lak waarderen. Je kunt je fantasie de vrije loop laten met de eindeloze mogelijkheden die deze techniek biedt. Hier zijn een paar idee\u00ebn om je op weg te helpen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laat je logo stralen<\/li>\n<li>Bepaalde letters markeren<\/li>\n<li>Cre\u00eber textuur in een afbeelding<\/li>\n<li>Een hele fotografische afbeelding markeren<\/li>\n<li>Maak een patroon binnen gebieden, vormen of zelfs letters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Dode hoek UV<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De onverschrokken gebruikers van spot UV-afwerking willen misschien \"blinde\" spot UV onderzoeken. Dit is waar ontwerpen puur in de glanzende lak worden weergegeven, in plaats van een gedrukte vorm te volgen. Het is het contrast tussen glans en mat dat het ontwerp onderscheidt van de achtergrond. Wanneer de UV niet registreert met een onderliggende gedrukte afbeelding, noemen we spot UV 'blind'. Het ontwerp wordt onthuld als het licht over het oppervlak beweegt, wat een subtiel maar effectief resultaat oplevert.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/nl\/foil\/\"><strong>Foliedruk<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Onze gespecialiseerde folie- en UV-printer gebruikt drop-on-demand pi\u00ebzo-elektrische printkoppen om metallic foliemateriaal op het oppervlak van het substraat aan te brengen en te versmelten. In het Engels betekent dit dat de folie met ongelooflijke precisie op elk deel van je ontwerp wordt geplakt.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Goud &amp; zilver - ontwerpelementen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Net als bij spot UV kun je hiermee specifieke ontwerpelementen in opvallend goud of zilver uitvoeren. Dit zijn slechts een paar manieren waarop je metaal in je ontwerpen kunt injecteren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Render scriptlettertype in goud- of zilverfolie voor super elegante belettering<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik folies om metalen elementen in een foto uit te lichten, zoals een chromen bumper op een oldtimer.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik filigraan als ontwerpinspiratie en cre\u00eber delicate patronen in goud of zilver<\/li>\n<li>Cre\u00eber het effect van goudkleurig gereedschap, zoals je dat aantreft op in leer gebonden boeken of paspoorten<\/li>\n<li>Ga helemaal los met de bling!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Tactiel en veelzijdig<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Om ervoor te zorgen dat de folie goed hecht aan het papier en zo helder mogelijk glanst, wordt het ook afgewerkt met een laag UV-vernis. Alles wat we met vernis kunnen doen - tot 0,5 mm lijntjes - kan ook met folie worden nagemaakt. Dat betekent dat je heel gedetailleerde ontwerpen en letters kunt maken.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nog een laag creativiteit<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Wanneer je ontwerp details in glans of folie bevat, is er behoefte aan gelaagde artworkbestanden die dit duidelijk weergeven. Bestanden die bedoeld zijn voor met spot UV of folie afgewerkte artikelen moeten worden aangeleverd volgens onze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/nl\/support-guides\/supplying-artwork\/\">richtlijnen voor kunstwerken<\/a> met een extra, aparte laag met het gebied dat in folie of spotvernis moet worden weergegeven.<\/p>\n<p>Deze laag moet duidelijk gelabeld zijn, met het gefolieerde of spotverniste gedeelte in het zwart.
