We hebben nu allemaal een paar jaar pandemische ervaring achter de rug en de grond waarop we staan begint wat steviger aan te voelen. Met bewezen plannen en een opwindend programma van nieuwe strategie\u00ebn en producten in de planning, ziet de toekomst er een stuk zekerder uit.<\/p>\n<p>Met dat in gedachten waren we nieuwsgierig naar hoe recente gebeurtenissen onze B2B-klanten en zakenpartners hebben be\u00efnvloed en welke factoren hun plannen voor 2022 hebben be\u00efnvloed. We besloten hen te benaderen met een enqu\u00eate over aspecten als werving, werkpraktijken, marketing en hun groeiplannen.  We bevredigden niet alleen onze eigen nieuwsgierigheid, maar wisten ook dat de gegevens interessante inzichten zouden opleveren voor onze zakelijke klanten.<\/p>\n<p>De resultaten waren bemoedigend: bedrijven van alle groottes gaan met een optimistische veer 2022 in. Onze fascinerende bevindingen weerlegden ook enkele wijdverspreide opvattingen over onderdrukte werving, prestaties en marketingactiviteiten. Hier zijn enkele opmerkelijke hoogtepunten uit de gegevens.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aanwerving en werkpraktijken<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Het lijkt populair om te beweren dat werving op dit moment zo goed als onmogelijk is. Maar terwijl 40% van onze respondenten <em>zijn<\/em> vinden werving nu een grotere uitdaging dan voor de pandemie, een solide 60% vindt het makkelijker of hetzelfde.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Recruitment-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-71870\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Recruitment-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"899\" height=\"514\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Recruitment-1q-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-71888\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Recruitment-1q-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"896\" height=\"222\" \/><\/a>Toen we vroegen naar de methoden die werkgevers gebruiken om nieuwe mensen aan te trekken, zagen we een opvallend sterke opkomst voor 'flexibel werken'. Wijdverspreide verschuivingen in werkpraktijken tijdens de pandemie hebben werkgevers geleerd dat het mogelijk is om veel meer flexibiliteit te bieden zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van de productiviteit. Een extra bonus is dat flexibel werken een geweldige manier is om sollicitanten aan te trekken. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Recruitment-1q.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-71871\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Recruitment-1q.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"898\" height=\"700\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Recruitment-2q.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-71873\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Recruitment-2q.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"895\" height=\"332\" \/><\/a>Door werken op afstand aan te bieden, kunnen rekruteerders hun netten over een veel groter geografisch gebied uitstrekken. Maar liefst 90% van onze respondenten had tijdens de pandemie werken op afstand ge\u00efntroduceerd, waarvan 77% van mening was dat het hun bedrijf als geheel ten goede was gekomen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Remote1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-71874\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Remote1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"898\" height=\"539\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Remote1q.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-71875\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Remote1q.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"897\" height=\"233\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hoewel werken op afstand een verrassend succesverhaal is dankzij de voordelen op het gebied van flexibiliteit en werving, zijn de meeste bedrijven die we hebben gesproken blij om collega's weer op kantoor te verwelkomen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Remote2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-71876\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Remote2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"898\" height=\"540\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Remote2q.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-71877\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Remote2q.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"895\" height=\"222\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Toen we vroegen naar het effect van de terugkeer naar het werk op het moreel en de creativiteit, kregen we positieve, zij het licht gemengde antwoorden. De volgende stap voor werkgevers zou kunnen zijn om te beoordelen waar werken op afstand succesvol was en waar voordelen werden behaald door terug te keren naar gedeelde werkplekken. Het ziet eruit als een veelbelovend jaar voor werknemers die het hof worden gemaakt door recruiters, flexibele uren krijgen en gunstige arbeidsvoorwaarden genieten.
