Het is een goed gestructureerd team van specialisten op het gebied van klantenbetrokkenheid dat achter de schermen werkt om ervoor te zorgen dat je bestelling soepel verloopt, vanaf het moment dat je hem plaatst tot het moment dat hij bij je aankomt.<\/p>\n<p>Bij Solopress weten we dat voor goed drukwerk meer nodig is dan alleen machines. Er zijn mensen voor nodig. Daarom hebben we een ondersteuningssysteem ontwikkeld dat is afgestemd op uw behoeften, niet op scripts.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ondersteuning op maat door een toegewijd team voor klantenbetrokkenheid<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ons Customer Engagement Team bestaat niet uit generalisten die elke vraag onder de zon beantwoorden. In plaats daarvan hebben we een ondersteuningsstructuur opgebouwd die de werkelijke behoeften van onze klanten weerspiegelt - of je nu een eenmalige flyer uploadt of elke week in bulk bestelt.<\/p>\n<p>De kern hiervan is onze <strong>triage<\/strong> aanpak. Wanneer je contact opneemt, bepalen we wat voor soort hulp je nodig hebt. Dan zorgen we ervoor dat we je doorverwijzen naar iemand die de juiste kennis heeft om je te helpen. We werken momenteel met onze 3e generatie chatbots en die worden steeds beter. We hebben echter ook bewust gekozen voor een sterke menselijke aanwezigheid.<\/p>\n<p>Automatisering heeft zijn plaats, maar er is geen vervanging voor ervaring, inlevingsvermogen en beoordelingsvermogen. Dat geldt vooral als er weinig tijd is of als de taak complex is. Daarom blijven we ons Customer Engagement Team opleiden en laten groeien naarmate Solopress uitbreidt.
