Nou, dat doen ze zeker als het gaat om school- en collegeprospectussen.<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/prospectus-school.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14411 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/prospectus-school.png\" alt=\"prospectus-school\" width=\"576\" height=\"394\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>De kleur en de maat<\/h3>\n<p>De grootte en de vorm van je <strong>prospectus<\/strong>De foto op de voorkant, de lay-out, het kleurgebruik, de ethos die wordt overgebracht, de textuur van het papier tussen vinger en duim, het gewicht...<\/p>\n<p>Hemeltje, zou het het beste zijn om de hele school te verlaten? <strong>prospectus ontwerp<\/strong> en <strong>afdrukken<\/strong> proces naar je afdeling Psychologie, en er maar het beste van hopen? Of ouders en kinderen zich er nu wel of niet bewust van zijn, alle bovengenoemde elementen van je schoolprospectus zullen hun eerste indruk van je school bepalen; en als ze op de een of andere manier afgeschrikt zijn, slaan ze misschien niet eens de voorpagina om. En dat wil je niet.<\/p>\n<h3>Schoolgeest en uiterlijk<\/h3>\n<p>Het belangrijkste doel van je <a title=\"Brochure afdrukken\" href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/nl\/brochures-boekjes\/\">brochure<\/a> moet de geest van je school vastleggen. Ja, het moet er professioneel en indrukwekkend uitzien, met informatieve inhoud op een kleurrijke, vriendelijke, positieve en gastvrije manier. Maar boven alles moet het een verlengstuk van de school zelf zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Voordat je begint, moet je misschien het volgende overwegen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.perfocal.com\/\">een <strong>fotograaf<\/strong><\/a> om de school vast te leggen tijdens werk, rust en spel. <strong>Schoolprospectussen<\/strong> zonder foto's van de leerlingen zijn tegenwoordig gewoon niet goed genoeg.  In elke andere bedrijfstak zou je er niet eens aan denken om iets te verkopen zonder een foto ervan.  Leerlingen zijn het product van de school en zouden de ambassadeurs moeten zijn op de voorkant van de prospectus en op elke pagina ervan.<\/p>\n<h3>Lettertype en stijl<\/h3>\n<p>De <strong>lettertype<\/strong> is voor veel scholen een moeilijke beslissing. Met name basisscholen en kleuterscholen zijn gewend om de meeste nieuwsbrieven en meeneeminformatie te produceren in eenvoudige, schone en goed leesbare lettertypes die vaak het echte handschrift nabootsen.  Hoewel je niet iets wilt gebruiken dat te kieskeurig is, kan dit een moment zijn waarop een document moet worden gemaakt met de ouders in gedachten. Denk na over hoe bedrijven hun jaarverslagen opstellen en laat je inspireren door andere, meer formele documenten, <strong>zakelijke literatuur<\/strong> ook.<\/p>\n<p>Denk na over de verschillende afdelingen en secties die je moet opnemen, maar schrijf niet in opdracht. Het prospectus moet naadloos lezen en dat lukt niet met veel verschillende auteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Besteed ook wat tijd aan het analyseren van de beste manier om je prospectus samen te stellen.  Het is niet omdat je de inhoud altijd in een bepaalde volgorde hebt gezet, dat het ook zo moet blijven. Wat zijn de sterkste punten van de school - dat is waarschijnlijk het beste uitgangspunt.<\/p>\n<h3>Persoonlijk tintje<\/h3>\n<p>Moet er een welkomstwoord van het schoolhoofd of de juffrouw op de binnenkant van de omslag en heb je er al over nagedacht om leerlingen erbij te betrekken?  Het is heel leuk om citaten, tekeningen of teksten van de kinderen zelf toe te voegen.<\/p>\n<h3>School afmaken<\/h3>\n<p>Uw commissie van bereidwillige helpers zal zeer nuttig zijn bij de <a title=\"Gids voor proeflezen\" href=\"https:\/\/www.solopress.com\/blog\/nl\/copywriting-typografie\/10-tips-voor-het-proeflezen-van-je-werk\/\">proeflezen<\/a> podium. Als er \u00e9\u00e9n ding is dat een ouder afschrikt om hun kroost naar jou te sturen, dan is het wel een typefout of een foutieve apostrof.<\/p>\n<p>Schoolprospectussen hebben een lange weg afgelegd sinds de dagen van ganzenveren, inktpotten en perkament die allemaal samen een eenzijdige, bloemrijk geschreven (en grondig afstotende) uitnodiging vormen om 'de school te bezoeken voor een bezichtiging op een afgesproken tijdstip'. Toch zien we er hier nog steeds een van de persen vliegen, die waarschijnlijk niet nieuw leven is ingeblazen of opnieuw is uitgevonden sinds we op school zaten!
