Se essa deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o pudesse ter sido detectada mais cedo, o problema poderia ter sido tratado atrav\u00e9s de interven\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dicas ou de altera\u00e7\u00f5es do estilo de vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Medir, gerir<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como forma de testar e monitorizar os marcadores de sa\u00fade que determinam o estado do nosso corpo, Grant introduziu o seu sistema \"Wellness Score\". Ao quantificar certos aspectos da sa\u00fade de um paciente e ao reuni-los numa pontua\u00e7\u00e3o de bem-estar agregada, Grant conseguiu dar-lhes uma imagem instant\u00e2nea do seu estado de sa\u00fade. Uma vez que a marca da empresa e uma identidade visual para o servi\u00e7o de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o a meio da vida j\u00e1 existiam, estes elementos constituiriam um conte\u00fado importante para a conce\u00e7\u00e3o do folheto.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Escrever<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para a c\u00f3pia descritiva, o plano era dar uma boa indica\u00e7\u00e3o do que est\u00e1 envolvido no exame de sa\u00fade sem entrar em pormenores.
