With our help, the salon has increased brand awareness \u2013 attracting and retaining new clients.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Introducing Hartes Beauty<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hartesbeauty.co.uk\/\">Hartes Beauty<\/a> is a boutique salon in Rochford, Essex. Based inside a gym, the salon offers treatments ranging from nail care to festival makeup. Owner Danielle manages the business single-handedly \u2013 from appointments and reordering stock to social media.<\/p>\n<p>But she faced some big challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Danielle came to Solopress seeking marketing products to improve her visibility \u2013 both inside the gym and in the town and wider area.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What challenges has Hartes faced?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This small beauty salon hidden inside a gym struggled to make itself heard. Limited by its position away from the busy high streets, which offer much greater visibility, and competing with spas and their vast services, Hartes Beauty faced a real challenge in brand awareness.<\/p>\n<p>Owner Danielle identifies her biggest challenge as \u2018trying to entice new clients to use my beauty salon if they are not a gym member\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>So, the main problem is attracting clients from outside the gym.
