Speed matters when lives are on the line. Essex & Herts Air Ambulance operates an advanced, rapid-response service that\u2019s ready to take flight every day of the year. Their helicopters and rapid response vehicles bring hospital-level care directly to the scene of an emergency\u2014often within minutes. So it seems entirely appropriate that they were also first off the mark when it came to trying out our latest product at Solopress: Shiny Stickers.<\/p>\n

Their order, placed just as the new sticker range launched, featured circular labels with a black design printed on striking mirror gold foil. Supplied on rolls, these stickers were designed to serve a specific and meaningful purpose: to recognise school pupils who complete CPR training with Essex & Herts Air Ambulance<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And by choosing a reflective, high-impact material, the charity has created a sticker that doesn\u2019t just catch the light, it also carries a clear sense of purpose.<\/p>\n

While they work closely with the NHS, Essex & Herts Air Ambulance is not part of it. They\u2019re a completely independent charity. Each call-out is free to the patient, but the cost of running the service, covering aircraft, vehicles, equipment and highly trained medical staff relies on donations.<\/p>\n

\"EHAAT<\/a>On average, the charity\u2019s specialist teams are dispatched around seven times a day. Last year alone, they treated more than 1,200 patients across Essex, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. While EHAAT is best known for its helicopters, it also operates a fleet of Rapid Response Vehicles (RRVs), which are vital when helicopters are unavailable\u2014such as during hours of darkness or in poor weather conditions. These RRVs, staffed by a pre-hospital care doctor and a critical care paramedic, are equipped with the same advanced life-saving equipment as the aircraft. The fleet includes Volvo XC90 hybrid vehicles, enabling swift ground access to patients when air transport isn\u2019t possible.<\/p>\n
