Lithographic Printer

Department: Print
Location: Southend-on-Sea
Salary: Depending on experience
Hours: Fixed Shift to be advised


  • No qualifications essential but must be literate and numerate.


  • Self motivated
  • Good communicator
  • Good eye for detail
  • Willing to stay until job is completed
  • Hand finishing required on some jobs


  • Must have worked as a machine minder on a Speedmaster 74 5/6 colour.

Main Duties:

  • Print jobs using our Speedmaster 74’s.
  • Ensure that the final printed product is finished in time for despatch
  • Monitor quality of job output for correctness and image quality
  • Any other duties as a machine minder.


Print Finisher

Department: Finishing
Location: Southend-on-Sea
Salary: Depending on experience
Hours: 40hrs per week - fixed shift


  • Must be literate and numerate in order to be able to understand the instructions for each job but qualifications not essential.
  • Must be computer literate to be able to operate computer applications in order to carry out their daily work.


  • Fast and accurate print finisher.
  • All rounder – Ability to operate either a guillotine, saddle-stitcher, creasing machine, folding machine.


  • Experience in the print industry essential.
  • Experience with using one or more of the following: Guillotine, Muller, MBO Folding machine, Cylinder.
  • Flexible attitude willing to work with the team to get the job completed.

Main Duties:

  • Using various Finishing machines: Guillotine cutting, Folding, Creasing, Perforating etc. to finish print jobs.
  • Ensuring jobs are completed in a timely manner in order to achieve deadline for despatch.

Required experience: Finishing - 1 year


Live Chat Advisor

Department: Live Chat
Location: Southend-on-Sea
Salary: Depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm


  • A knowledge of print is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work as a team.


  • Customer service / sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Previous call centre experience is a bonus.

Main Duties:

  • Using our online chat service to type to live customers providing quotes.
  • Answering any queries the customer may have or providing them with the relevant information of someone who can help.
  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships when providing estimates and quotes.


HR & Recruitment Executive

Department: HR
Location: Southend on Sea
Salary: DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm


  • Must be numerate and literate and have strong IT skills.


  • Very strong IT skills.
  • Fully familiar with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Flexible and able to prioritise tasks.
  • Diary management.
  • Preparation.
  • Scheduling.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Articulate and a good communicator.
  • Ability to take direction.
  • Ability to work without supervision.


  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Previous experience working closely with Directors is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in HR and Recruitment is desirable.

Main Duties:

  • Actively recruiting for all job vacancies within the Company.
  • Driving recruitment by sourcing new ways to find suitable candidates using the most cost effective means.
  • Utilising social media to advertise roles within the company.
  • Interviewing candidates.
  • Communicating with the Operations Director regarding potential candidates, Interviews, Trials and Successful Candidates on a daily basis.
  • All aspects of HR within the Company, including inductions for all new starters.
  • Taking direct orders from Managers / Directors.
  • Prioritising tasks as necessary.
  • Ensuring the Company runs smoothly regarding back-office and admin.
