Reusable Face Masks with Low Prices and Free UK Next Day Delivery from Solopress
Face coverings have been made mandatory in England and Scotland on public transport and in shops, while Northern Ireland and Wales have recommended them in public spaces.
This follows a recommendation from the World Health Organisation (WHO) who moved to "advise governments to encourage its citizens to wear fabric face masks in public areas to help stop the spread of coronavirus."
Our range of reusable face masks are designed and developed in-house and manufactured in the UK. By ordering our face masks, you won’t be tapping into stocks of medical-grade masks that need to be preserved for healthcare workers.
All our face masks are classed as non-medical and are not designed for, tested or certified as PPE. However, they are reusable and machine washable, which makes them perfect for people who are working and operating in office, retail and public spaces.
Our protective masks are made from 100% polyester, which helps prevent them tearing. They also come with adjustable straps, so you can alter them to fit your face securely and comfortably.
Our professional face masks also can be ordered with filters, which is placed between the two layers of the mask.
We have also launched our #MyMaskMyWay range which feature 12 designs submitted in a national competition. The designs available for sale received the highest number of votes in a public vote, with 10% of the revenue being paid to the members of the design community who created them.
You can select one of three face mask designs for free and fast UK delivery. Or upload your own design for delivery within five days. You can bulk buy face masks up to 1,000 per order.
Once you receive your order, please wash before use at a 60 °C heat. Always remove any filters before washing.
Our face masks are made from tear-resistant, 100% polyester.
Yes, all of our face masks are machine washable. This makes them both reusable and convenient, especially compared to other face mask products, which often require hand washing.
We recommend that you wash your face masks at 60 °C, especially before wearing them for the first time.
No, our face masks are not classed as being medical-grade or PPE. This is a conscious and deliberate decision on our part, as the stocks of medical face masks need to be saved for those essential healthcare workers.
Instead, we’ve chosen to produce everyday non-medical protective masks. This will suit most people looking to comfortably cover their face during the coronavirus pandemic.
Our Professional face masks do include a pocket where you can insert the filter of your choice.
As well as PM 2.5 filters, there are also several different options you can use, including:
- Electret air filters
- Vacuum cleaner bags
- Molleton fabric
- Densley-woven cotton
- Kitchen roll
- Microfiber cloth
The integrated pocket in our Professional masks is 110mm long. Please bear this in mind when ordering or making filters externally.
The filters supplied by us are designed to fit these pockets, measuring 120mm x 80mm.
On each of the individual product pages, you will see a blue button stating ‘Download artwork guide’. Click on this to download a ZIP file, which you need to open and extract the supporting files.
In here, you will find artwork templates in Illustrator, InDesign and PDF formats for you to use. The files include lots of useful information, such as using CMYK colours, converting fonts to outlines and image resolution.
We have three face mask stock designs to choose from:
- Plain white
If you select any of these options, the image on the individual product page will change. This lets you can see what each design will look like, before you place your order.
Our reusable face masks will last approximately 100 washes in an everyday household washing machine. This means that they should be fine to wear for over a three-month period, if washed once a day.
Yes, as our face masks are washable, they are safe to reuse. However, we recommend washing them after each use, especially before wearing for the first time.
