Direct-to-Substrate

Direct-to-substrate printing involves applying an image directly onto a printing surface or substrate (such as paper, metal, or fabric) from a digital file.

This technique eliminates the need for transfer media, offering quicker turnaround times, and greater flexibility in substrate choice.

The resulting prints can have vibrant colours and high durability, making it an ideal solution for a variety of applications, including Signage and Merchandise.

It is also sometimes known as direct-to-garment in the context of printing T-Shirts and other clothing items.
