Each rosette features a two-tier construction with structured box pleats and woven-edge, single-face satin ribbon. ‘V’ shaped ribbon tails create a traditional finish, while the layered design gives the rosette depth and presence.
You can choose separate inner and outer ribbon colours as standard. Dual colour rosettes allow for variety and contrast at no extra cost. If you prefer a uniform look, simply select the same colour for both tiers. The ribbon tails follow your selected colour scheme for a coordinated result.
The rosette measures 120mm in overall diameter, with ribbon tails of approximately 220mm. At the centre, your design is printed on a 60mm disc with a recommended 50mm print area, allowing a 5mm safety margin to protect important text and detail.
Rosettes are fitted with a pin fastening on the reverse, secured to a reinforced backing disc for reliable wear throughout the day.
