Gamut

Gamut refers to the complete range of colours that can be produced by a specific device, such as a printer or monitor.

Printers have a certain colour gamut they can reproduce, which is determined by the inks or toners they use.

Understanding the gamut of a printing device helps ensure accurate colour reproduction, as colours outside the device's gamut may appear differently in the final print.
