How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for all UK mainland deliveries.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

For the majority of our deliveries we use FedEx who will provide a timeslot for delivery. We also use Magnum Logistics and Royal Mail.

What are your delivery times to Non mainland UK and Highlands?

Deliveries to PA postcodes in Scotland will only take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Exact date will be confirmed by e-mail when placing an order.

Deliveries to some of Scottish postcodes (AB, FK, G83, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, DD) can take an extra 2 to 3 days.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands and the Isle of Man take an extra 2 to 3 days.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We can ship to anywhere in the world, however this is a special service that’s not available online. If you require shipping to an address outside of the UK, please email us at [email protected] for a quote.

Can you deliver on a Saturday?

We can arrange for your delivery to be on Saturday, but there are additional fees for this service. You can upgrade your delivery to one of the following timed deliveries:

  • Saturday Pre Noon Deliveries will be charged at £30.00
  • Saturday Pre 10:30am Deliveries will be charged at £35.00

Please note this service is unavailable for some postcodes.

Can I upgrade my delivery to receive it any quicker?

You can call, email or contact us via Live Chat to upgrade your delivery to one of the following:

  • Pre 10:30am weekday will be charged at £20.00
  • Pre Noon weekday be charged at £15.00

What is the latest time for delivery?

For the majority of our deliveries we use FedEx who deliver between 8am and 8pm and provide a timeslot for delivery.

We also use Magnum Logistics who deliver between 7am and 5pm.

My order is due for delivery today but I won’t be in. What can I do?

You’ll be sent an email with a time slot on the day of your delivery. We’ll ask you in this message if you’d like to move the delivery to another day.

Alternatively, you can call the Customer Service team on 01702 460047 and they will help you move your delivery to a day that better suits you.

I am making a large order, can it be carried inside by the drivers?

For very large orders we use a specialist courier who handle palleted deliveries. They can only deliver to the curb side and cannot carry the pallet inside the building.
