FAQ's: Your Account
To create an account, click My Account on the top menu button, fill in the details below 'New Here? Create Your Account Now' and then click 'Create Account'.
To sign in to your account, click My Account, enter your email and password into the form provided and then click 'Sign In'.
Click My Account, then click 'I don’t remember my password'. Enter your email into the field and click 'Reset Password'. We will then send you an email with a secure link to reset your password. Once you receive the email, click the link and follow the instructions.
Login to your Solopress account for options to change your password, your email and edit any of your stored addresses.
Log into your Solopress account. In the 'My Address Book' section, click 'View All My Addresses'. You will be presented with all your saved addresses. Click 'Edit Address' and when ready, press save.
Your address will now be saved for all future orders.
Paying via the Guest Account means you can checkout faster, without having to fill in all of your details. With a Guest account, you will not have all of the features listed below.
With a Full Account, you are able to view your historic orders, manage your address book and see your previously designed templates through Create Your Own. Within your account, you are also able to duplicate previous orders placed through the website, which will save you time.
There are a couple of ways to upgrade your account -
1. Once you have completed your order using the Guest option, you will be prompted after checkout to upgrade your account.
2. Select the 'My Account' option in the top navigation and look for the green button 'Upgrade Guest Account To A Full Account'. Once you have entered your email address, you will receive an email prompting you to fill in a few details.
Please note: Once you have upgraded, any orders placed using the Guest Checkout option will not display in the Orders section within your customer area.
