How do I register / create an account?

To create an account, click My Account on the top menu button, fill in the details below 'New Here? Create Your Account Now' and then click 'Create Account'.

How do I sign in to My Account?

To sign in to your account, click My Account, enter your email and password into the form provided and then click 'Sign In'.

I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?

Click My Account, then click 'I don’t remember my password'. Enter your email into the field and click 'Reset Password'. We will then send you an email with a secure link to reset your password. Once you receive the email, click the link and follow the instructions.

How do I update my account information?

Log in to your Solopress account for options to update you info. Got to 'My Account' and in the 'My Profile' section, you'll see options to 'Change Email', 'Change Password' and 'Personal Details'.

How do I update my shipping and billing addresses?

Log into your Solopress account. In the 'My Address Book' section, click 'View All My Addresses'. You will be presented with all your saved addresses. Click 'Edit Address' and press save once you've made your desired changes.

Your address will now be saved for all future orders.

What is the difference between a Guest and Full Account?

With a Full Account, you're able to see your historic orders, manage your address book and view previously saved designs. Within your account, you're also able to place duplicate previous orders placed through the website.

With a Guest Account you can checkout without having to fill in all of your details, but you won't have all of the benefits of a Full Account.

How do I upgrade my Guest Account to a Full Account?

If you get to checkout and decide you want to upgrade to a Full Account, you'll find a 'Create Account' option where you can enter your details and set a password for your new account.

With a Full Account, you'll be able to view your historic orders, manage your address book and see your previously designed templates through Create Your Own.

Within your account, you're also able to duplicate previous orders placed through the website, which will save you time.
